SH, which is short for our trading name Supplement House, is a sports nutrition, sports management and sports events management company based in the Eastern Cape and operating nationwide. We are highly qualified and have vast experience in sports supplements and nutrition and we aim to deliver a message of overall well-being and leave a legacy of Health & Fitness for generations to come.
