Vitamin C is a powerful anti-oxidant that can strengthen your body’s natural defences by scavenging harmful free radicals that will otherwise place your body under stress.

Sufficient daily intake of Zinc and Vitamin D3 daily have also been shown to improve immune system health and resistance against certain diseases.

Vitamin D3 also enhances Calcium uptake and Calcium is known to improve cell absorption of Vitamin C.
